Great location for a quiet holiday. Plenty of local restaurants and other facilities in essay walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Price is extremely affordable especially for the pool access villas.

We stayed in a room with garden view which had a nice view of the palm trees, had a decent size and was cleaned everyday. These rooms are near the pools and the breakfast area and more closer to the beach. The rooms with direct access to the pool (another pool) are vis-a-vis (across a small road) from the main hotel. The hotel is right on the beach which is very nice, quiet and relaxing. We had massages right next to the beach area which was amazing. Within 3min walk there are supermarkets, restaurants and places to rent scooters or take taxis, which is more then convinient. (Try Mali restaurant and go to Coconut beach/White sandy beach). The breakfast was diverse and the food was really ok, The overall value for money is really worth it.

The room was very near the breakfast area and access to the beach was very good. We enjoyed the beach and sea here and a little way up the beach were kyaks for rent which we enjoyed. The back streets behind the hotel had many restaurants and convenience stores as well as easy to catch tuk tuks. Breakfast was not too bad. Our stay here was definitely worthwhile, recommend for a weeks stay.

Location just a short way from Khao Lak on a beautiful beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a nice room with 1 double & 2 single beds near the pool. Breakfasts very good, lots of choice. Staff very nice. Maya Cafe excellent, staff also very good.

Amazing property! Perfect for my purpose of the trip, I booked expecting to have a chill, beachside vacation with my mum. It’s suitable for older people and family. Price to performance ratio is good. Yes, it’s a bit old and don’t expect a five star service for the price paid, obviously. But staff is kind, rooms are adequate and everything was perfect. I will choose to stay again. There is also a beachside massage service from the hotel which was nice. Happy hour was great.

Wow. We loved this hotel. We are a family of 4 (8&11 yr old children) and had 3 fantastic days at The Briza. The hotel is in a great location, being slightly out of the main town means it has a local feel to it. It has lots of great restaurants and bars just outside of the hotel so you are not short of choices. The hotel itself has a small supermarket but there is also a 7-11 just up the road. The hotel itself is lovely. All of the pools are great and the beach is beautiful. Fantastic sunsets and very safe water to swim in. There are plenty of beach restaurants and sun loungers around the pool and on the beach. The breakfast in the hotel was vast…..everything you could ever want was on offer!! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The gym was well air conditioned and had a basic amount of equipment. The rooms were very clean and modern. The beds were the most comfortable beds we slept in for the whole of our Thailand trip!
